For courses available for public enrolment via the https://www.kiqs.co/ website or for accounts created through our Service’s publicly accessible account registration system, we do not address anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 through the Marketplace. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. For courses where a User is enrolled or an account is created via an institution portal or a private enrolment processes, and where the User is in a private class, the Service supports Users who are at least 13 years of age but under 18 years of age (“Minor”) and provides the necessary tools to protect their privacy.
