You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Children’s Privacy

For courses available for public enrolment via the https://www.kiqs.co/ website or for accounts created through our Service’s publicly accessible account registration system, we do not address anyone under the age of 18.

 

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 through the Marketplace. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

For courses where a User is enrolled or an account is created via an institution portal or a private enrolment processes, and where the User is in a private class, the Service  supports Users who are at least 13 years of age but under 18 years of age (“Minor”) and provides the necessary tools to protect their privacy.

If you are a parent, legal guardian, school, approved teachers, facilitator, or third-party provider permitting a Minor to create an account and/or use our Service, you agree to:

  • supervise the Minor’s use of the Service and their account;

  • assume all risks associated with, and liabilities resulting from, the Minor’s use of the Service and their account;

  • ensure that the courses that the Minor enrols in on our Service are suitable for the Minor;

  • ensure all information submitted to us by the Minor is accurate; and

  • provide the consents, representations, and warranties contained in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on the Minor’s behalf.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
